BOARD OF DIRECTORS

CSPE is managed by a three-person Board of Directors; there are no paid personnel. The Directors and Officers are:

        President & Treasurer/Director: Anthony Bonney, P.Eng

        Vice-President & Secretary/Director: Michael Monette, P.Eng

        Director: Jennifer Moylan, P.Eng

In addition to managing the general affairs of the Society, the Board is also responsible for overseeing the CSPE TRUST and appointing trustees as necessary. Contact the directors and officers by email at: admin@cspe.ca

CORPORATE MEMBERS AND DIVISIONS:

Any provincial or territorial society with the same aims and objectives as CSPE is eligible for corporate membership. Currently, the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE) is a corporate member.

At general meetings of the Society, each corporate member is entitled to representation in proportion to its size in the total membership of P.Engs, expressed as a number of votes between 1 and 100, and may send as many representatives as it sees fit to cast those votes.

CSPE is divided geographically into four divisions: Western Canada, Ontario, Quebec and Eastern Canada. Where there is a corporate member, individual membership in the Divisions is not allowed, except that a P.Eng who is a member of a corporate member may also be an individual member of the CSPE Division for the applicable province or territory. At general meetings of the Society, Divisions are entitled to voting privileges in proportion to their P.Eng membership size, in the same manner as corporate members, with a minimum voting entitlement of 1 vote.
